On a normal Saturday-night we had dinner with my in-laws. Lovely evening, and amazing food (as always), the whole thing served on a piece of wood. Very Swedish, and a bit christmassy.

Minus 10 degrees and a world covered in sugary frost. I love this! Had lunch in the forest yesterday, and saw the first small signs of seriuos winter: ice on the lake. Still very thin and crispy, but soon it will be hard and thick enough to walk on. A long weekend in Copenhagen, full of good food. Like this: butter-pan-fried marinated fish with ryebread and remoulade. Hurray! |
