A long weekend in Copenhagen, full of good food. Like this: butter-pan-fried marinated fish with ryebread and remoulade. Hurray! Father-in-law went fishing yesterday and gave the catch to us. So this is a closeup of a 1,4 kilo-gädda (pike) ready to be served for dinner in the weekend. I got the honour of cleaning the beast this morning. Lucky me :/ |
